They offer a no motion transfer for added comfort. Latex foam are much more resilient than normal foam, more bouncy yet comfortable throughout the night.
Supplied fully covered in a knitted fabric and rolled in plastic tube.
Simply place it on your existing firm mattress under your fitted sheet.
